Comment on current growth stages Field conditions
Einstein at GS 31 on main stem, Alchemy at GS 30. Some very forward wheats around with lots of tillers. Ground conditions too wet to spray (probably wetter now than has been all winter).

Brown Rust Traces in Alchemy
Mildew Visible on Alchemy, Solstice and Istabraq but no new pustules.
Septoria tritici Low levels on most early sown crops.
Yellow Rust None seen
Eyespot Anticipating a problem in the Spring.

Aphids Unsprayed crops at risk.
Frit fly No recent reports of damage.

Winter Oilseed Rape
Comment on current growth stages Field conditions
Most crops with GAI 1-2. A lot of purpling where waterlogged or compacted. Some crops on light land now have flower buds above the crop. As wheat.

Phoma No signs of reinfection.

Flea beetle No reports of cabbage stem flea beetle larvae.

Slugs Crops beyond stage where damage can occur.
Other Pigeons virtually absent from crops.
